Description

Playa Chica (also known as Los Pozos) is a small urban beach in the capital of Fuerteventura, Puerto del Rosario. The beach is located in a calm bay with clear water and soft golden sand, making it attractive for swimming and family holidays. The beach is about 200 metres long and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: sun loungers, shower cabins, lifeguards in season.

1. Casa Museo Unamuno - museum of Spanish writer and philosopher Miguel de Unamuno, who was exiled to Fuerteventura in the early 20th century.
   
2. Parque Escultura is an open-air gallery with interesting sculptures by contemporary Spanish artists.
   
3. Port of Puerto del Rosario - here you can take a stroll along the waterfront and watch the arrival and departure of ships.
   

How to get there

Playa Chica is located just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Puerto del Rosario. From Fuerteventura Airport, the beach can be reached by bus lines 03, 10 or by taxi in 10-15 minutes.
